Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona Ruby Yvonna Frizzell (July 18, 1936 - October 15, 2010) Ruby Yvonna Frizzell, age 74 of Peoria AZ passed away on October 15, 2010. She was born in Durant OK on July 18, 1936. In 1951 she moved to Phoenix, AZ and was married to Ralph for 47 years. She loved to spend time visiting with her family enjoying the memories that were made throughout her life with her children, grandchildren, siblings and many friends. She is survived by her daughter Pam Maguire and son-in-law Ed Maguire of Peoria, Grandson Michael, granddaughter Deeanna and granddaughter Jessica of Washington. She is also survived by 4 brothers Wayne, Murel, Corky, Larry and 2 sisters Leona and Tootie. Graveside services will be held at Louis B Hazelton Cemetary in Buckeye, AZ at 10am, Wednesday October 20, 2010.
