Evergreen Mortuary & Cemetery, Tucson, Arizona ~ July 25th 2010 Susan Daisy Homer Spikes, age 51, died suddenly 22 July 2010 in Tucson, Arizona. She is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Daniel Spikes; her mother, Patricia A. Page Homer; her father, Richard L. Homer, both of Tombstone, Arizona; by her brother, Alan R. Homer of Oak Grove, Missouri; by her sister, Katharine E. Homer Fortin of Anchorage, Alaska; by her daughters, Jerrica Gandy and Brittney Spikes and granddaughter, Madison Gandy, all of Kanab, Utah. She was a beloved aunt to her nieces and nephews. Susan graduated from Tombstone High School in 1979, graduated from Cochise College nursing program 1981. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Phoenix. She earned a Masters Degree also from the University of Phoenix. She has worked for many years as a Registered Nurse; her latest assignment was in home health care. Funeral services will be held on Monday 26 July 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at the Sentinel Ward LDS Church, 2002 N. Greasewood, Tucson, Arizona, with interment to follow at EVERGREEN CEMETERY.
