Julian Colby, age 75, late of Flosmoor, IL; Beloved husband of Sheila, nee Smerling; loving father of Terri (Mark) Colby Barr, Debbie Colby, Patti (Ronald) Meeks and the late Jeffery Alan Colby; cherished grandfather of Matthew, Noah and Rachel Barr, Aaron and Alix Colby, Shana and Marnina Colby; dear brother of David (Florence), Howard and Edward (Diane) Colby; fond brother-in-law of David (Ginger) Smerling. Also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. 

Services Tuesday Jan 6, 2004 at Drake and Son Funeral Home, 5303 N. Western Ave (2 blocks north of Foster on Western Ave) Chicago. Interment Mt. Mayriv Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials in his name may be made to the Parkinson Disease Foundation, 833 W. Washington Chicago, IL 60607.
