Pauline Greer McCleve, 108, of Tempe passed away January 2, 2004 in Tempe. Born in St. Johns, Arizona in 1895, Pauline lived in three centuries.
At the time of her passing she was possibly the oldest native Arizonan. She was a Beauty Salon operator for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Cyrus McCleve and son Winston Ray McCleve. She is survived by her children Myrna Birchett, Marguerite Jordan, Dr. Don Earl McCleve and Robert Arnold McCleve, 25 grandchildren and 63 great grandchildren 30 great great grandchildren, so far (with 5 more on the way).
Visitation Wednesday January 7, 2004 at Carr Tenney Mortuary 2621 S. Rural Rd. Tempe. Funeral service Thursday January 8, 2004 at the Tempe Stake Center 2707 S. College Ave. Tempe. Burial will follow at City of Mesa Cemetery.
