June Kowalczyk, 77, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born June 1, 1933, in Chicago, Ill., passed away Oct. 17, 2010, in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

A memorial Mass and celebration will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010, at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church in Chino Valley. A private cremation was at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
