Winifred L. Koslowsky, 68, of San Jose, Calif., a histologist, died Dec. 22, 1999. She was born in Goodland, Kansas. Survivors include her daughter, Lisa A. Smith; stepdaughters, Yvonne and Denise; son, Eric C. Smith; stepson, Robert D.; sister, Mary Wands Heitzman and six grandchildren. Services: Valley of the Sun Memorial Park, 10940 E.
