SCHNEIDER, Dana Jule, Jr.

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ February 20, 2007 Dana Jule Schneider Jr., 62, of Pinetop died Feb. 12, 2007 in Phoenix. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, he came to Arizona 20 years ago from Milwaukee, Wis. He earned a degree in history and philosophy at Marquette Univ. and went on to receive his MBA at Thunderbird University. While in Milwaukee, he was V.P. of International Banking with First Wisconsin Bank. Former golfing member of the Milwaukee Country Club. He also enjoyed sailing, skiing and photography. He had a passion for aviation. Dana was a very loving and supportive father. Survivors include his son, Dana J. (Jennifer) Schneider of Union, Ky.; daughters, Melita (Emerson) Moser of Middlebury, Ind., and Laura (Brent) Schneider of Lafayette, Ind.; mother, Marie Schneider of Pinetop; two grandchildren; sister, Christie Kienast of Aspen, Colo., and brother, Tim Schneider of Pinetop. Services will be held in Aspen, Colo. in the fall. Memorials may be made to the ALS Association, 4520 N. Central Ave. No. 560, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Arrangements were handled by Messinger Indian School Mortuary of Scottsdale.
