Bill Davis, 88, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born July 21, 1922, in Tulsa, Okla., passed away Oct. 13, 2010.

A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 1, 2010, at Heritage Memorial Park in Dewey, Ariz.

Sunrise Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
