PICKETT, Richard (Dick) Orlie

Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ Saturday, October 30, 2010 Richard "Dick" Orlie Pickett, 76, of Flagstaff, died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010. Mr. Pickett was born Nov. 30, 1933, in Findlay, Ohio. He moved to Flagstaff in 1955 and worked for Babbitt Brothers Lumber Company as the manager. He will be remembered by family and those who knew him as a kind and generous man. Mr. Pickett is survived by his children, Brenda (Terry) Kattau and Rick (Patty) Pickett; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother Joseph Pickett of Huntsville, Ala.; and sister Carol Brata of Dearborn, Mich. He was preceded in death by his father, Orile Pickett; stepmother Wilda; and mother Doris. A private memorial service will be at a later date.
