Paradise Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum Scottsdale, Arizona Roslyn G. Hummelstein, widow of Lou Hummelstein passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010 at Brighton Gardens Assisted Living in Scottsdale, AZ. She was 87. Roslyn was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 10, 1923 to Fay and Morris Goldblatt. She leaves behind her daughters, Linda Newport in Atlanta and Janice Hunter in Phoenix, and granddaughters, Bari Newport and Mandy Newport of Atlanta. Roslyn was a long time Jonesboro, Arkansas resident where she was active at Temple Israel and volunteered for the American Cancer Assoc. She helped her husband for many years at his business, Jonesboro Hide and Fur.
