The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ December 19, 2008 Ann Kay, wife, mom, "gama" and friend to all, died Dec. 12, 2008. She is survived by her loving husband, Lincoln Kay of Show Low; daughters Vicki Kay of Show Low and Kristi (Nick) DeCarlo of Arizona City; grandchildren Kaylee and Alexis DeCarlo; sisters LeDonna (Kim) Wilson of Phoenix, Vivian (Tom) Dawson of Coolidge, Maralee Stephenson and Sherri Stephenson, both of Mesa; and brothers Roy (Debbie) Stephenson of Lakeside and Ronnie Stephenson of Mesa. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at the Lakeside Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1520 Church Lane. A visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Interment will follow in the Lakeside Cemetery. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
