Louise Webb McDowell of Mesa died Dec. 22, 2008. She was born March 28, 1927. Louise was a devoted, lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, W. Frederick McNeil and Cecil C. McDowell, and daughter, Caren Kessel.

She is survived by sons Kayle (Vicki) McNeil and Randy (Sally) McDowell; daughter Cherryl (Dee) Beal; 26 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, with a viewing from 9-10:45 a.m. at the ward building on the corner of 9th Street and Westwood in Mesa.

Meldrum Mortuary of Mesa handled arrangements.
