Michael James Hills, 61, of Prescott, Ariz., born Dec. 28, 1948, in Coronado, Calif., passed away Oct. 14, 2010.

Private cremation took place at Mountain View Crematory. A celebration of life service will be 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7, 2010, at Bill's Pizza in Prescott.

Cremation Society of Arizona is comforting the family.
