LEWIS, Franklin (ToKay 2K)

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, AZ ~ November 21, 2008 Franklin Lewis, also known as ToKay (2K), went home to be with the Lord Nov. 14, 2008, in Lakeside. He was born Jan. 8, 1954, in Claypool. Franklin is survived by his wife, Cecelia Lewis; sons Anthony Thompson Jr., Chris Lewis and Hanson Case; daughters Becky Thompson, Lucinda Lewis, Stephanie Lewis and Nancy Lewis; mother Lucy Lewis; brother Danny Lewis Sr.; sisters Rosenda Hudson and Mary Lewis; godchildren Verlinda Josay, Fonzie Skidmore and Quintina Endfield; grandchildren Bessie Case, Elliott Zospah, Carmen Thompson, Keira Quintero, Kisha Rustin, Brianna Rustin, Kaylynn Aday and Terrianne Aday; along with many family, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by Benson Lewis, Cheryl Lewis, Nia Thompson, Alona Thompson, Willie Cooley Jr. and Baby Lewis. Franklin's body will be brought back to his residence (House No. 221 S. Cibecue Road, mile post 13) in Cibecue for a two-night wake starting Thursday, Nov. 20, at 10 a.m. Funeral service will be held Saturday, Nov. 22, at 10 a.m. at the Full Gospel Church in Cibecue with Pastor Ernie Reed officiating. Interment will be at the Open Range Cemetery in Cibecue. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled the arrangements.
