Hope Winchester Pratt, 74, of 4815 E. Exeter Blvd., who was active in Valley volunteer work, died Nov. 2, 1979, in Scottsdale Memorial Hospital.
She moved here in 1938 from Mill Neck, Long Island, N. Y., where she was a member of the Colony Club and Garden Club. She was graduated from Foxcroft School in Middleburg, Virginia. Her late husband, Herbert L. Pratt, was known in art circles and owned Camelback Galleries. Mrs. Pratt was a founding member of the Maricopa County Hospital Auxiliary 20 years ago. During World War II she drove an ambulance for American Red Cross in Phoenix. She also had been a driver for the Lions Club's van transportation services for the blind.
Survivors include her sons, H. L. Curgie; and ???; and grandchildren. Services at St. Barnabas-in-the Desert Episcopal Church, 6715 N. Mockingbird Lane, Paradise Valley.
