PROKOP, Peter

Peter Prokop, 71, of 2238 N. Mitchell St., a lift truck driver for American Can Co. for 32 years, died Oct. 5, 1979, in Scottsdale Memorial Hospital.  

Mr. Prokop, who was born in Czechoslovakia and came to Arizona 10 years ago from Chicago, is survived by his wife, Josephine; children, Mary Vavrek and John and five grandchildren.  

Rosary will be 7 p.m. Monday in Mercer Mortuary, 1541 E. Thomas.  Mass will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Stephen's Byzantine Church, 8141 N. 16th St.
