Warren J. Schulte, 66, of Scottsdale, an insurance executive, died Dec. 25, 1999. He was born in O'Fallon, Illinois, and was an Air Force veteran. Survivors include his wife, Dora Lee; daughters, Julie Bervit and Mary Beth Walker son, Jeffrey; mother, Julia; and five grandchildren.
