Yvonne (Morse) Ayers passed away Oct. 6, 2010 in Payson. She was born Feb. 13, 1938 in Phoenix to Cledus Vernon Pruett and Anna Laura (Rawson) Pruett. 

Mrs. Ayers is survived by her husband, Bill Ayers of Payson; daughters, Debora L. Morse of Kennewick, Washington, and Sherri L. Ayers of Globe; sons, Glenn (Renee) Morse of Winnemucca, Nevada, Stanley V. (Aly) Morse of Gilbert, David (Kandis) Ayers of Cottonwood and Steven R. Ayers of Globe; sisters, Joyce (Ken) Collins of Kearny and Doris (Dean) Smith of Globe; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 

Mrs. Ayers was an R.N. for 30 years and at the request of Catholic Social Services, established Gila Home Care. Mrs. Ayers also worked at Gila County Health Department and Payson Regional Medical Center. 

Mrs. Ayers was proud of her children and grandchildren, and will be missed by her family and friends. 

At her request, there will be no services.
