FORSMAN, Robert E. (Bob)

Robert E. "Bob" Forsman, 65, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away January 2, 2004. Robert was born on October 22, 1938, in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He spent his childhood in the vicinity of Douglas, Arizona, and was a 1957 graduate of Douglas High School. After serving in the Army and working in Chicago, Bob returned to Arizona in 1965. His entire career was related to various aspects of data processing. He worked at American Express for twenty-seven years before recently becoming an employee of IBM. Pancreatic cancer and diabetes with multiple side effects and, complications led to the demise of this man who was a gentleman in every sense of the word. Overwhelmed by their loss, but sustained by love and wonderfully fond memories are his survivors: Anna "A.J.", Bob's wife of forty-two years; their son, Bobby; their daughter, Sheri; their son-in-law, David; their grandson, Jeff; Bob's brother, Jim; and sister-in-law, Linda. A celebration of Bob's life will be at Heritage Funeral Chapel 6830 W. Thunderbird in Peoria on Saturday, January 10, 2004. Please be casual as that was his lifestyle.
