Curtis M. Whitaker, 92, of Phoenix, died Dec. 21, 1999. He was born in 
Morgantown, Indiana. He was a member of the Lions Club. Survivors include his sons, William E. and James C.; four grandchildren and seven grandchildren. Services: Glendale Christian Church, 9661 N. 59th 
Ave., Glendale, AZ 85302. Contributions: to the church. The Arizona Republic 12/29/1999.
