Jesse Williams, 81, of Casa Grande, died Dec. 26, 1999. He was born in Moline, Illinois. Survivors include his wife, Veda Mae; daughters, Betty Lou Berry, Lena Mae Brooks, Rose Ann Spalding and Clara Jean Stone; sons, Jesse, Gene and Bobby; sister, Marie Campbell; brother, Robert Townsend; 23 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Visitation and services: Cole & Maud Mortuary Chapel, 215 S. Washington St., Casa Grande. The Arizona Republic 12/29/1999.
