The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ November 12, 2010 In loving memory of Billy Duryea Sr., a lifelong resident of Cibecue, who entered into eternal rest Monday, Nov. 1, 2010, in Mesa. He was born May 6, 1940, in Cibecue. Billy leaves behind his wife, Shirley C. Duryea; sons: Billy Duryea Jr., Travis Dureya Sr., Scott Duryea; daughters: Marlene Shipp Edna Juliea Duryea, Elizabeth Duryea; Amy Joy Woods; son-in-law Edwin Shipp Sr.; daughters-in-law: Shirley A. Duryea, Pam Duryea; adopted daughter Patricia Beatty; god daughter Sierra Bonito; grandchildren: Isaiah Duryea, Shawn Duryea, Kobie Duryea, Kandace Duryea, Londo Larzelere, Blessing Duryea, Bishona Bead, Daniel Holden, Travis Duryea Jr., Bethany Duryea, Llory Duryea, Clement Paxson, Shane Paxson, Daisy Paxson, Keshia Paxson, Marlena Loas, Marlinda Classay, Coshen Shipp Sr., Emmanuel Shipp, Edwin Shipp Jr., Erwin Shipp, Michele Zahgotah, Elicia Zahgotah, Tenaya Zahgotah; 29 great-grandchildren and many relatives and friends. His body will be brought back to his residence, 1st N. Electric Dr. House #1 in Cibecue for a two night wake starting Thursday, Nov. 11, at 10 a.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 13, at 10 a.m. at the Cibecue Miracle Church with Pastor Evalina James officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Open Range Cemetery in Cibecue. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
