JORDAN, Charles R.

Charles R. Jordan, 83, husband of Florence (deceased) and Launa (deceased). Charles passed away suddenly on January 1, 2004 in Scottsdale, AZ. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and had been a resident of the Valley since 1982. He served in the Civilian Conservation Corps from 1940 - 1941. He is survived by daughter Diane (Roger) Wenz, daughter Charlene Franks, both of Phoenix, son Darrell, Sr. (Dee) of Ravenna, Ohio; grandchildren Wendy Quinn, Roger (Maren) Wenz, Darrell Jordan, Jr., Keith Jordan, and Todd Jordan; great grandchildren Connor Quinn and Jordan Wenz. Memorial service Friday, January 9, 2004 at La Casa de Cristo Lutheran Church, 6300 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85254. Donations requested in lieu of flowers to the Charles R. Jordan Memorial Fund at La Casa de Cristo Lutheran Church. Arrangements entrusted to Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary. Published in the Arizona Republic from 1/7/2004 - 1/8/2004.
