LaRoy J. "Butch" Mayo, 56, of Glendale, passed away Jan. 2, 2004. 

An Arizona native born in Phoenix, he served in the U.S. Army and worked for the State of Arizona-Department of Public Safety. 

A loving father and grandfather, survivors include his daughter Jacinda Mayo of Glendale, AZ and his son Kirk Mayo of Redlands, CA. Sisters Dorothy and Margaret (Peggy). Grandchildren Chase, Karlos and Kristen. 

Visitation with funeral service Wednesday, Menke Funeral Home Chapel, 12420 N. 103rd Ave, Sun City, Az.
