Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Friday, November 12, 2010 Steven Michael Lock passed away Nov. 7, 2010, in Kingman at the age of 30. He was born Aug. 12, 1980 in Dallas. Steven loved 4-wheeling, boating and dirt bike riding. He also loved music and was the ultimate thrill-seeker. Steven was a fun, loving and energetic person. He loved to laugh and make others smile. Steven loved and cherished his family and friends, especially his daughter, whom he cherished and adored. He was a great father and loved her with all of his heart. Steven leaves behind his daughter, Rylee Jean Lock of Kingman; his best friend of 16 years, Honey Carpenter and mother-figure of 16 years, Jeri Cox, both of Kingman; father, Michael Lock; sister, Shanon Michelle Lock; nephew, Dylan Logsdon, all of Lake Havasu City; brother, Robert Blair of Plano, Texas; sister, Cassidy Lock of Palm Desert, Calif.; grandparents, “Mema” Gloria Casey of Willspoint, Texas, and “Papa Buck" and Susan Lock of Buoy, Texas. Memorial services will take place 3 p.m. Sunday at the Realtor Center. Pastor Chad Garrison will offer words of comfort and inspiration. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the "memorial fund of Steven Lock" at Wells Fargo Bank. Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com.
