Gloria J. Owen Ferguson, 78, passed away on Sept. 23, 2010, in Grand
Junction, Colo., from injuries she sustained in an automobile
accident. Gloria was born May 14, 1932, in Rahway, N.J., to Harry and
Marion Bevington.
Gloria is survived by her husband, Robert Ferguson; five children,
Nanette Burcham (Patrick) of North Dakota, Karen Bond of Kingman,
Ariz., Enis Burcham (Bernadette) of Houston, Texas, Daniel Owen of
Mesa, Ariz., and Rebecca Owen (Donna) of Queen Creek, Ariz. Other
survivors include 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two
sisters, Virginia (Herb) Smith of Prescott Valley, Ariz., and Dottie
Fritchle of Prescott, Ariz.; and her beloved dog Midgie.
Gloria was preceded in death by husband Gerald (Jerry) Owen; son
Chris Owen (2008); and granddaughter Tiffany Ann Lanon (1979).
Gloria was a longtime resident of Peeples Valley and Prescott, Ariz.,
but at the time of her death, she resided in Belen, N.M., with her
husband Bob.
A memorial service for Gloria will be at 4 p.m. Nov. 20, 2010, at St.
Paul's Anglican Church, 600 Hillside Drive, Prescott.
