Faustino A. Alafa, Sr., 77, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away January 6, 2004. 

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 7, 2004, Universal Memorial Center. Funeral Service was held Thursday, January 8, 2004, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 909 E. Washington St., Phoenix, AZ. Interment at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 5005 E. Oak St., Phoenix, AZ. Final arrangements were handled by Universal Memorial Centers.
