HOWARD, J. Grant

Dr. J. Grant Howard passed away January 15, 2004. He was born April 19, 1929, in Prescott, Arizona. 

He was a graduate of Wheaton College, and received a doctorate from Dallas Seminary. He pastored both Biltmore Bible and Camelback Bible Church. He was a professor at both Western Seminary, Portland, Oregon, and Phoenix Seminary for over 27 years. 

He is survived by his wife, Audrey and four children, Jim Howard of Spokane, WA, Beth Sheets of Omaha, NE, Jeanne Howard-Snodgrass of Portland, OR, and Juli Jewell, of Tucson, AZ, and nine grandchildren. 
 
Memorial service held Tuesday, January 20, 2004, at Bethany Bible Church, 6060 North 7th Ave., Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to Friendship Foundation, Glencroft Care Center, 8611 N. 67th Ave., Glendale, AZ 85302. Arrangements entrusted to Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale.
