The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, November 20, 2010 Belia M. Torrez was born on Jan. 16, 1944, in Mercedes, Texas. She was a loving mother of five, grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of one. Belia joined our heavenly Father on Nov. 16, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Belia lived for her family. She was a strong, independent woman who instilled the importance of family, loyalty and strength. Belia enjoyed casinos, her grandchildren and her dog Sophie.
