Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ Tuesday, November 23, 2010 Roy Fredericks Jr., 50, died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010, in Winslow. Mr. Fredericks was born Dec. 26, 1959, in Winslow. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and spending time with his family. Mr. Fredericks is survived by his sons, Stephen, Jeremy and Benjamin; parents Roy Sr. and Wilma; brothers Curt and Todd (Sabrina) Fredericks; ex-wife Diane Salazar Fredericks; three grandchildren; girlfriend Diana Garcia; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his eldest son, Allen "Biggs"; grandparents Stella Preston, and Clea and Alonzo Honanie; oldest sister Diana Fredericks; and youngest brother Terry Alonzo Fredericks. Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Greer's Mortuary. A memorial service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the First Indian Baptist Church. Mr. Fredericks' ashes will be interred with the ashes of his son, Allen Roy, following the service at Desert View Cemetery. A potluck will follow at the church.
