Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Wednesday, March 12, 2008 Walter Anthony Lively, 87, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at his Lake Havasu City home. He was born Oct. 30, 1920, in Brainerd, Minn., to Willis E. and Elenora (Yde) Lively. Walt worked as a self-employed real estate developer for 40 years in California. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy, WWII. Walt will be remembered by his friends and family as a kind and generous man. His hobby was working on his garage and shop. Walt was inventive and loved to make and fix things. He could always think of a way to make something work better. Walt is survived by his sister, Jane Teague; companion, Fredaline Gibson; sons, Larry and Joseph Lively; daughter; Linda Dreisbach; seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
