Ferdinand JC Kortekaas, 63, died peacefully with his loving wife by his side Sept. 27, 2008, in Lakeside. He was born March 12, 1945, in The Hague, Netherlands, to the late Jacobus and Marie (Mathee) Kortekaas.

JC is survived by his wife, Paulette of White Mountain Lakes, and son Jason A. Flores of Hawaii.

Private services are planned. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
