The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ October 2, 2008 Tony Wayne Martindell, 42, beloved son and brother, died Monday, Sept. 29, 2008, in Show Low. He was born July 27, 1966, in Mesa to Louis Lind Martindell and Pearl Stapley Martindell. Tony was a great cook for many years at various restaurants. He was a great mechanic who truly loved to work on cars. He was always there when someone needed him. Tony was greatly loved and will be dearly missed. Tony is survived by his father, Louis Martindell; four brothers, James, Robert, John and Drew Martindell; three sisters, Linda Towles, Katherine Martindell and Krindy Lee Hendricks. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Snowflake Stake Center, 9th S. 2nd W. St. in Snowflake with a visitation beginning at 9 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will be at the R.V. "Mike" Ramsay Memorial Cemetery in Snowflake.
