RODRIGUEZ, Gilbert Olea

Gilbert Olea Rodriguez, 73, passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2008, in Lake Havasu City. He was born Aug. 21, 1934, in Kingman, to Jose and Magdalena “Olea” Rodriguez.

Gilbert worked for Hughes Aircraft in Long Beach, Calif. as an aircraft painter for 30 years. He moved to Lake Havasu City from Los Angeles, Calif. 19 years ago.

Gilbert liked playing video poker at the casinos. He loved his family very much. He was always saying something funny. No matter what, he always had a smile on his face.

Gilbert is survived by his loving family: his wife, Betty Rodriguez; sons, Michael Rodriguez and Kevin Johnson; daughter, Brigitte Cousyn; and grandchildren Logan, Amanda, Alex, Brian, Stephanie and Mike Jr.
