Walter “Buzz” Kenneth Park

Walter Kenneth Park, 76, was claimed by cancer on Jan. 15, 2008, while residing in Lake Havasu City. Buzz, as he was known to family and friends, spent many years in the refrigeration trade and was accomplished in numerous other building and construction skills. He loved to fish and hunt and relished traveling to visit friends and family. He was a longtime member of the Masonic Lodge and served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Buzz worshipped the Lord and was a member of the Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Lake Havasu City. He will best be remembered for his eagerness to help anyone he knew and for passing along his life experiences through stories and tales.
Buzz is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sophia Park; a large family including his sister, Betty Thomas; sons, Kenneth and Kendall from an earlier marriage; stepdaughters, Kathy Hoover and Sandra Cottingham; and many treasured grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
