Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Thursday, January 31, 2008 Curt Arthur Schmidt passed away Jan. 16, 2008, at Havasu Regional Medical Center. Curt was born March 3, 1935 to Curt A. Schmidt and Alice Wolff of Brooklyn, N.Y. Curt joined the United States Navy in 1952 where he served his country proudly. Curt received the Good Conduct, United Nations, National Defense and the Korean Medals. Curt is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Norma Schmidt; son, Steve Schmidt; daughter, Jennifer Dillon; and eight grand children. A memorial mass will be said in Curt's Honor at Our Lady of The Lake Catholic Church today at 1 p.m. Arrangements were entrusted to Lake Havasu Mortuary and Crematory, your thoughts and condolences can be sent to the family at www.lakehavasumortuary.com.
