Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Thursday, January 17, 2008 A. Virginia (Ginger) Wiskotoni passed away Sunday, Jan. 14, 2008, after a twenty-five year fight with cancer, at her home in Lake Havasu City with her family by her side. She was born Jan. 11, 1927, to Emanuel and Minnie (Riggins) Kaufman in Warsaw, Indiana. During her earlier years, she was an office manager in a manufactured home industry in Northern Indiana. In 1983 she and her husband moved to Mesa from South Bend, Ind., where they lived until 1987 and then moved to Lake Havasu City. She was a member of St. Michael�-s United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women and a past member of the Western Welcome Club, Elkettes and Eastern Star. She was an avid supporter of Hospice. Virginia enjoyed working crossword, jigsaw puzzles and trips to Laughlin. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and five sisters. She is survived by her husband, Joseph; daughter, Sydney (Jerry) De Young, of Gilbert; son, Rock E. (Laurena) Aker, of Naperville, Ill., stepdaughter, Becky, of Indianapolis, Ind.; stepsons, Ric and Philip, of Elkhart, Ind., Jim, of Concord, N.C.; seven grandchildren, Nyssa and Ian Cody, of Naperville, Ill., Therace Pollard, Nikki Shantz, Erika Peterson, of Chandler, Erin De Young and Gradi Thomson, of Tucson; eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Friday at St. Michael's United Methodist Church at 11 a.m.; Pastor Rick Carling will be officiating. Donations can be made in Virginia�-s name to Hospice of Havasu, P.
