Connie M. Pickard passed away Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008, in Lake Havasu City. Connie was born Jan. 13, 1927, in Tacoma, Wash., to Stuart Loucks and Leola James.
 
Connie was preceded in death by her parents and two children, Barry Douglas and Lisa Quinn. Connie is survived by her husband of 36 years, Leon Pickard; son, James Bainbridge; daughter, Pamela Kennedy; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

At Connie's request, there will be no services.
