Walter L. Matlock Jr., 82, of Prescott, Ariz., born Dec. 5, 1927, in Salem, Ark., passed away Nov. 23, 2010, at Marley House Good Samaritan Society, Prescott, Ariz.

Private family Masonic services took place.

Donations to Shriners Hospital Fund, c/o El Zaribah Shrine Temple, 552 N. 40th St., Phoenix, AZ 85008-6442.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
