CHAMBERS, Andrew Bryce

Andrew Bryce Chambers, 16, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away January 3, 2004. Andrew was born December 31, 1987. 

Survivors include his loving parents Eugene and Wanda; brothers Terrance and Mark; sisters Adrienne McPherson and Stephanie Rouse; grandparents, Jamie & Evelyn Chambers and many other family members & friends. 

Visitation Thurs., Jan. 8, Paradise Chapel Funeral Home, 3934 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Memorial Service Sat., Jan. 10, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 811 E. Desert Lane. Arrangements by Adobe Chapel Funeral Home.
