ELLIMAN, Edward Arthur


Edward Arthur Elliman, 75, of Glendale, a 42 year resident of Arizona, died December 31st, 2003, at his home. Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts on March 4, 1928, he was the son of the late George and Ester Parker Elliman. He was an Army veteran of W.W.II and the Korean War. He is survived by one sister, Norma Breault Giroux of Pittsfield. His two brothers, George and Walter Elliman of Pittsfield passed before him. He leaves two daughters, Cindy Elliman of Connecticut and Kim Elliman of New Hampshire and one grandson, Steven Elliman of NH from his first marriage to the late Doris Garner Rist of Pittsfield. He leaves behind one son, Jason Elliman of Glendale, and one step daughter, Melissa Mount of Florida from his second marriage to Linda Imbrogno Jenkins residing in Florida. He retired in 1993 from the Phoenix Transit System. Prior to retiring he was employed by Salt River Project in the 1960's and Bachelors Beat newspaper in the 1970's. There will be a memorial gathering at the VFW, 7618 N. 63 Ave Glendale, Thursday, January 8, 2004. Interment will be held in Pittsfield, Massachusetts at a later date.
