COSTELLO, Harry G.


Harry G. Costello, 88 years old, passed away January 6, 2004. He was born in Little Canada, Minnesota, attended St. Thomas College and William Mitchell College of Law. In World War II he served as commanding officer of counter intelligence units in Europe, North Africa and Sicily. He was awarded the Croix de Guerre by the French government and the Legion of Merit Medal by the United States. Harry was a senior partner in the Twin Cities law firm, Moore, Costello & Hart, specializing in construction and real estate law. Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Doris; his daughters, Suzanne Costello (Stuart Pimsler), Michele Costello, Cindy Costello, Patricia Wendt (Dick Wendt). Also, Ed Eyden, Cindy Eyden, Pam Eyden (Reggie McLeod) and 10 grandchildren. Memorial service Friday, Jan. 9, 2004, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley or Prince of Peace Foundation. Arrangements by Messinger Indian School Mortuary, Scottsdale. Published in the Arizona Republic on 1/8/2004.
