Survived by his wife Ramona Martinez, and John Adam Martinez. Parents Thomas Sr. and Rose Martinez, of Prescott Valley, AZ. Sister Pia Barron & brother-in-law Anthony Barron of Glendale, AZ. Sister Maggie Pena and brother-in-law Roy Pena of Prescott Valley. Sister Isabel Mendez and brother-in-law Patrick Mendez of Prescott Valley. Sister Annette Martinez and brother-in-law Michael Hyde of Prescott Valley. Grandmother Cleo Berru of West Covina, CA, 10 nephews, and 2 nieces. 

Visitation Friday, Jan. 9th, 2004, at Crystal Rose Funeral located at 9155 W. Van Buren St., Tolleson, AZ. Mass Service Saturday, January 10, 2004, St. Vincent De Paul located at 3140 N. 51st Ave., Phoenix, AZ. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Crystal Rose Funeral Home.
