The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, November 27, 2010 K. David Perkins, M.D., died Nov. 19, 2010, at Margaret T. Morris Center. He was born Nov. 8, 2010, in Brooklyn, N.Y., the son of Kenneth H. and Florence (McKeon) Perkins. David was 71 years old. David and Alice moved to Prescott in 1997 after an active life in Logan, Utah. David was proud of his career as a pathologist but proudest of his children. He was an active member and an Elder in the Presbyterian Church and a member of Rotary in Logan. David enjoyed being outdoors - be it scuba-diving as he and Alice traveled around the world or fishing, backpaking and hiking in the Wind River Range of Wyoming. David is survived by his beloved wife Alice - they were married June 10, 1961; his daughter, Laura M. Young of Tucson; and son Brian of Prescott; granddaughter Ellen Young; and brother Larry (Karin) of Alamo, Calif. David was preceded in death by his son, Stephen. A celebration of David's life will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010, at Margaret T. Morris Center, 878 Sunset Drive, Prescott, Ariz. Inurnment will be in the spring in Logan, Utah.
