WALLEN, Terrance C., Jr.

Terrance C. Wallen, Jr., 38, passed away Dec. 31, 2003. He was born on April 26, 1965 in Omaha, NE. 

He was a loving father, son, brother and friend. 

He is survived by his children Garret 7 and Alexis 4, mother & stepfather Mary and Gary Hayes. Sister Crystal, nephew Nicholas, grandmother Maxine Stremich, stepsisters Tracey, Dawn and Nadine and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Gone but not forgotten. 

A memorial service will be held Thursday, Jan. 8, 2004 at Menke Funeral Home Chapel, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City, AZ.
