Jay Noble Boettcher, 68, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Nov. 15, 1942, in Wisconsin, passed away Nov. 25, 2010, at the Bob Stump VA Medical Center in Prescott, Ariz.

A celebration of life will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, at the VA chapel with military honors.

Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements.
