The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ October 16, 2008 Jim Wyatt Crosby, 43, of Springerville died Oct. 11, 2008. He was born June 16, 1965, in Springerville to Wyatt and Glenna Bond Crosby. Jim grew up in Round Valley. After serving a mission in Arkansas for the LDS Church, he attended Brigham Young University in Utah. He graduated from USC School of Dentistry in 1994. Jim owned a dental practice in Eagar. His interests included restoring his old Ford pickup, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Jim was fun-loving and adventurous and had many loyal friends. Most of all, he loved spending time with his children and had a very generous heart. He will be greatly missed. Many thanks go out to the community for all their support and prayers. Jim is survived by his wife, Dian Ellis Crosby; sons Brychan and Micah Crosby; daughters Allison, Genya and Brielle Crosby, all of Eagar; mother Glenna Bond Crosby; and brothers Gary Crosby and Jason Crosby. He was preceded in death by his father, Wyatt Crosby; brother Dale Crosby; and sister Barbara Ann Crosby. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 18, at 11 a.m. at the Eagar Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 135 Main St., in Eagar. A visitation with the family will be held at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Eagar Cemetery. Burnham Mortuary of Eagar handled arrangements.
