Susan Cajthaml, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, of Avondale, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2004. Susan was born on May 25, 1955 in Omaha, Nebraska. 

Survived by husband, Larry: son, Larry; daughter, Tracee; grandchildren, Caleb and David; parents, Ray and Grace Jackson; 3 brothers, 2 sisters and many nieces and nephews. 

Visitation Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2003. Services followed at Serenity Chapel, Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 719 N. 27th Ave, Phoenix, Az.
