Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Wednesday, December 1, 2010 Nov. 4, 1951 – Nov. 21, 2010 Deborah Kay Moulton passed away Nov. 21 at home in Fort Mohave. She had just turned 59. She was born to Fletcher and Emma Halsell on Nov. 4, 1951 in Indianapolis, Ind. She worked as a Customer Service Representative for Telephone, Electric, and Gas for over 25 years, 15 years of which were with Citizens Utilities Co. in Kingman, Ariz. She enjoyed traveling the states, and camping in secluded areas, to relax in the beauty and wonders of nature. But her real passion was her family and close friends. She leaves behind her husband of ten years, Larry; her mother, Emma “Bobbie” Broussard; son, Bobby York; daughter, Penny York; step daughter, Trudy Rich; eight grandchildren; four brothers, Jeff, Mike, Allen, and Steve; and two sisters, Teresa Tompkins, and Lisa McLerran. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Chapel at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home, 21 Riviera Blvd., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Debbie's name to honor her lifetime of giving of herself to others, to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, which helps many people in our area each year.
