Glenn Gatewood Sr. of Cibecue entered into rest Aug. 20, 2008, in Show Low. He was born Oct. 27, 1964, in Whiteriver.

Glenn is survived by his wife, Bertha Gatewood; sons Alexander Tessay, Glenn Gatewood Jr., Lupan Gatewood, Hunter Gatewood and Vince Gatewood; daughter Edith Gatewood; brothers Alfonso Gatewood, Keith Gatewood, Martin DeHose and Darrell DeHose; sisters Marcia Gatewood, Valerie Gatewood, Gerta DeHose, Deborah Lupe, Donna Reede, Lilly DeHose and Sylvia Browning; and many relatives and friends.

Glenn was preceded in death by Lonnie DeHose Sr., Edith Bread, Lyle Bushman and Nora Cromwell.

His body was brought home for a two-night wake at his residence (149 S. Timber Dr.) in Cibecue. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Aug. 29, at 10 p.m. at the Cibecue Cottonwood Gym with Pastor Evalina James officiating. Interment will be at the Family Plot Cemetery in Cibecue.

Silver Creek Mortuary of Whiteriver handled the arrangements.
